The Corporate Recruiter is primarily responsible for working with the hiring managers under the direction of the Recruitment Manager to support corporate, activation, and field sales recruiting needs for our clients. The successful Corporate Recruiter will deliver high quality candidates, serve as a true sourcer and recruiting partner; identifying where top talent lives nationwide, acting as a true partner to Marketing Werks & PromoWorks corporate management team.
Manage full lifecycle recruiting process to meet the corporate and field hiring goals.
Conduct recruitment kick-off (Intake) meetings with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
Actively participate in all hiring related activities and engage in cross- functional projects.
Leverage social media to spread awareness about our Company through posts specifically related to employment/open positions in order to attract top talent.
Sourcing on search engines and social media sites to attract potential candidates to generate qualified candidates.
Post jobs, coordinate and schedule interviews, and work closely with the onboarding team to be sure onboarding of the candidate is seamless.
Develop job descriptions, job postings, interview guides and other materials that are integral to the selection process.
Develop agency and corporate recruitment strategies for attracting and targeting candidates for field and internal positions.
Other duties as assigned that support the overall agency, department, and program goals.
Complies with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Bachelor’s degree is required. A focus in human resources management or business is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources; full-cycle recruitment experience in a marketing services or staffing environment preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Strong organizational skills and time management discipline to manage program details, recruitment flow, administrative tasks in a time sensitive environment with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective listening skills.
Must be detail-oriented with a high-level of accuracy.
Able to handle and secure confidential information.
Process oriented, yet flexible and adaptable to shift based on organizational / business needs.
