Overview
The Project Manager supports the agency process, Omnichannel & Shopper Marketing team, and lead the successful delivery of programs supporting our clients. In this role, you will be tasked with balancing scope, time, cost, risk and quality control while maintaining a positive environment that promotes high performing teams and efficiencies. Our future Project Manager is an expert in understanding project management approaches and lifecycle, from complex to simple.
Responsibilities
Defining a project approach, developing project plans, ensuring that profitability objectives are met, and identifying opportunities to grow current business engagements.
Organize and lead ongoing team planning sessions to identify key risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
Work closely with the account & creative team on an ongoing basis to ensure project deliverables are clearly defined, met, and understood. Oversee the development of project deliverables and ensure they are aligned with creative brief. Cleary represent the team’s consensus in all client communications
Lead teammates, creative, internal teams to develop marketing programs and successfully deliver solutions for client
Develop a thorough understanding of the program scope with the ability to establish and manage budgets
Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Demonstrate passion for highest quality of work

Qualifications
2-3 years Agency experience; 1-2 years experience supporting omnichannel / shopper campaigns
Experience in project management
Experience managing Shopper programs (digital, ecommerce omnichannel, video)
Comfortable setting deadlines and managing them
Comfortable and experienced at managing multiple tasks
Comfortable with presentation skills – comfortable in a presentation setting
Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure situations
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal staff in all departments and vendors
The ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Experience: 2-3 years in the industry
Specific Skills: Microsoft Office (Proficient to excellent), Project Management Software
