This role will be responsible for managing the overall sourcing strategy, leading the sourcing team, owning the talent acquisition training program and ensuring relationship and effectiveness of the applicant tracking system.
Provides management of the sourcing strategy, sourcing budget for Talent Acquisition department including job postings, social media presence, recruitment marketing, and job fair strategies.
Design and implement internal and external employer branding activities within our Employer Branding framework
Creates, maintains and oversees the new hire and ongoing training for all Retail Recruiters
Develop and deliver regular reporting to show effectiveness of recruiting strategy and that estimated return on investment is being met.
Maintains analytics for measurements of success by assessing the effectiveness of branding channels and provides reports to key internal partners
Engages as part of a team ensuring the effectiveness of the applicant tracking system by assessing workflows, reviewing and improving processes, and developing regular reporting on key system performance metrics

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Marketing
9+ years of previous working experience in a recruiting role or environment, preference show to high volume, multi-location environment
3-5 years or previous recruiting management experience building recruiting and sourcing strategies that include interaction with social media platforms and job boards, preference shown to large number of recruiting staff, high volume, multi-location environment
5+ years of recruiting advertising and marketing experience

Must be able to take large amounts of data and devise a plan and strategy quickly. Ability to track results and report on the plan in essential to success
Able to communicate clearly to ensure that teams remain focused in ever changing environment
Ability to think in a big picture 'strategic manner, but also be able to be tactical when needed
Energetic and driven with the ability to sell the organizations brand and create interest and energy about employment opportunities within the organization
Exhibits the ability to be comfortable in a variety of audiences, present information to all levels of the organization, and create energy within the team to obtain a goal
Software Requirements and Experience:
5+ years of previous experience working with an applicant tracking system, emphasis in building work-flows and creating reports with preference shown to iCIMS experience
5+ years of previous working experience with Microsoft Office Products Suite, with emphasis shown to Excel and creating multi-faceted reports to present information to a variety of audiences
- Job duties involve scheduling, prioritization, supervision, and evaluation of work at a Manager level (or equivalent) over supervisors, lead workers and individual contributors. This job will exercise approval level input concerning personnel actions such as hirings, terminations, and pay changes. This job will be responsible for assessing the needs of and planning for a specific functional unit or work group.
