The Beauty Advisor will represent NEOSTRATA® skin care products in a retail environment. To perform the role effectively, the Beauty Advisor has excellent selling skills and is comfortable attracting and approaching potential customers. The incumbent will maintain superior product knowledge and reinforce proper application and usage for the NEOSTRATA® assortment while maintaining an overall professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
Responsible for achieving sales targets by being results-oriented.
Possess the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
Has desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
Build loyalty and lasting relationships with the consumer.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
Properly set-up and prepare for execution.
Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
Other related tasks as assigned.

Education/Experience:High school diploma required. Attendance for a minimum of six (6) months at a school for esthetics or cosmetology preferred. Beauty, skincare, and/or fitness enthusiasts preferred.
Physical Demands: The associate will be regularly required to:
Stand up to 8 hours at a time
Use hands and fingers to handle or feel
Reach with hands and arms (including reaching overhead)
Talk and hear
Visual ability to read instructions and perform events
Physical Appearance: Individuals must ensure a professional appearance and proper grooming is in order. The associate must present a neat, clean, and appropriately groomed appearance. Specific Retailer Dress code requirements as required. Tattoos must not be visible while the associate is engaged in their work assignments.
Experience with the application of cosmetics, beauty, skin, hair and other personal care products
Outgoing, energetic, articulate
Specific Skills: Proficient use of a Personal Computer and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Conditions (environment in which the job is performed): Retail store environment with some travel.
Language Skills: English, oral and written proficiency
